Below you will find my PLP proposal. The proposal was created around my desire to achieve the role as a sub-section manager in the engineering division of GE Aviation. In my role as a sub-section manager I would be responsible for leading a team of thirty or so people as the created detailed CAD models that will be used to make future jet engines.
